Combatting Wildlife Trafficking Handbook

The Airports Council International (ACI) World Combatting Wildlife Trafficking Handbook has been produced by ACI as part of the USAID Reducing Opportunities for Unlawful Transport of Endangered Species (ROUTES) Partnership to guide airports in how they can address this global crime.

The handbook explains how wildlife trafficking affects the aviation sector, how airports can take action and contains materials to assist them with this challenge. In addition, it provides detailed case studies on the steps taken by airports that are already building their response to counter wildlife trafficking. Visit ACI's website for more information.
